The official name of Lotte Premium Outlet Uiwang branch is "Lotte Premium Time Villas."

There are many Lotte premium outlets for shopping, but Uiwang branch is the first to have the name Time Villas.

 

 

 

Time Villas is a combination of time (TIME) and villa (VILLAS)

 

and means a space where you want to stay with time.

It is a complex shopping center space where you can shop, relax, and enjoy various experiences

 

in nature like Baegun Lake and Barasan Mountain nearby.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The folding doors of our Folzen Korea have been installed in the Starbucks store

 

on the GF floor, the outer walls of the first and second floors, and the Glassville building.

This is Starbucks located on the GF floor connected to the parking lot.

 

 

Starbucks, located right next to the entrance, is a store that many people visit before

 

and after shopping and to relax for a while while shopping,

 

and it is recommended to have a wide entrance to relax the passage.

 

 

 

The folding door has also been extended in height to suit the characteristics of the high-ceiling building.

It was made by adding one middle bar along with a high load folding door to fit the 4720 x 34696mm frame.

 

 

 

As a folding door installed indoors, 16 tons of glass can be used,

 

but it is made of 22 tons double-decker glass to add safety to the high folding door length.

and one additional high-load folding door + middle bar was manufactured in consideration of the 4266mm height,

 

and the deeper the degree of bending of the curve, the smaller the size per folding door.

I wanted to see all the folding doors spread out and installed in harmony with the building,

 

but it's good to fold the folding doors in good weather and greet visitors with a wider

 

and wider view with an open space.

 

 

 

When the weather gets colder, we open the folding door to block the outside temperature

 

so that we can maintain the temperature of the warm store to have a comfortable shopping time,
