The selection of "Small and Medium Businesses Good to Work" is a phenomenon of avoiding employment

at small and medium-sized companies, and even high-quality companies have a vicious cycle of job openings and low growth.

Find/introduce small and medium-sized enterprises with excellent working environment in the situation they are experiencing

It was hosted by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry to help many young job seekers find good jobs.

Step 1: Enterprise participation_ The number of regular workers at small and medium enterprises under the Framework Act

on Small and Medium Enterprises is 20 or more. Enterprises rated at BB or higher as of the previous year
Companies with increased sales over the past two years, and companies with a net increase in profit and loss for the previous year (based on profit or loss)


Step 2: Quantitative assessment_Selection of qualified companies through business registration certificate, financial statements, and corporate tax return data


Step 3: Qualitative assessment_Work satisfaction level, organizational efficiency, survey on corporate culture, evaluation of employees
30% of companies are selected to select the best companies by 8 themes favored by young people
